- Early May - Virtual briefing on entering and exiting UK and France under new rules
- 21st May - Yarmouth Harbour - berths booked
- 22nd May - Yarmouth - Cherbourg
- 23rd May - Cherbourg Market and Wine Tasting. Pontoon party followed by supper ashore
- 24th May - Either free day ashore and rally supper in the evening or if weather favourable sail to Braye, Alderney in the morning with supper ashore in the evening
- 25th May - Return
An extended weekend cruise or the start of your 2026 summer cruiser. We meet on Thursday evening at Yarmouth before a day crossing to Cherbourg on Friday. Saturday is a full day with visits to the Cherbourg market, wine tasting, pontoon party and supper ashore. Sunday we have the option of an additional day in Cherbourg or if the weather is favourable a morning sail to Braye, Alderney with an afternoon of exploration ashore and supper ashore in the evening. Monday return to the Hamble or further South to CI and N Brittany for those starting their summer cruise early.
A full briefing will be provided for those experiencing the nuances of booking in and out of the UK and France for the first time in early May. This will be an on-line event in the evening.
