Refunds will be issued as follows:
a. If entry if withdrawn by the participant before the Wednesday before the session, a full refund (less a £10 admin fee) will be issued.
b. If entry is withdrawn by the participant after this time, no refund will be issued.
c. If entry is withdrawn by the Club, or if the Club decide in advance not to run the event, a full refund will be issued.
